Forklift

A forklift is a powered industrial truck used to lift and move materials over short distances. The forklift was developed in the early 20th century by various companies, including Clark, which made transmissions, and Yale & Towne Manufacturing, which made hoists.

Forklifts streamline the storage, retrieval and organisation of goods. They are crucial for moving heavy construction materials and equipment. Forklifts transport raw materials and finished products within manufacturing facilities. Large retail stores use forklifts for stocking and restocking purposes.

Forklift safety is the set of procedures utilized for the proper use of forklifts including before and after forklift operations. These forklift safety procedures will minimize the risk of incidents and ensure that the operator and the people within the vicinity are protected.

Backhoe Loaders

Backhoe loaders are heavy-duty pieces of equipment that can be used for a variety of tasks. Primarily excavation machines, they can do double-duty because they have working implements on both the front and the back of a tractor body.

Backhoe loaders are very common and can be used for a wide variety of tasks: construction, small demolitions, light transportation of building materials, powering building equipment, digging holes/excavation, landscaping, breaking asphalt, and paving roads.

The term “backhoe” can be confusing because the digging bucket is actually on the front of the machine. But the backhoe's name actually refers to the way that the machine digs by pulling earth toward itself, or backward, rather than pushing it forward like a traditional shovel.

Crawler Excavator

Unlike other large excavators that run on wheels, crawlers run on two large endless tracks and are optimal for mining and heavy-duty construction jobs. Also known as compact excavators, these excavators use hydraulic power mechanisms to lift heavy debris and soil.

They both can be used in many working conditions, such as digging of the trenches, holes; material handling, forestry work, demolition. The advantage of a crawler excavator is that it can dig or excavate without much set-up. It can realize 360°free rotation.

Crawler Crane

A crawler crane consists of an upper carriage mounted on a crawler type undercarriage. The upper deck and attachments rotate 360º. A crawler crane features either a box or a lattice type straight boom and it may be equipped with an optional jib (boom extension).

A crawler crane is perfect for carrying large and heavy loads, such as steel beams, concrete blocks, and other construction materials, due to its enormous lifting capability and long reach. They are frequently employed in the construction of bridges, wind turbines, heavy lift operations, and other expansive projects.

Tower crane

A tower crane is a type of machine equipped with a hoist rope, chains, or sheaves, and used to lower, lift, and move heavy or bulk construction materials around. The work of the tower crane is crucial.

In terms of the advantages of mobile and tower cranes, this piece of lifting equipment offers maximum height capacity. Tower cranes are also incredibly stable and can bear extremely heavy loads.

Concrete Mixer Machine

A concrete mixer (also cement mixer) is a device that homogeneously combines cement, aggregate (e.g. sand or gravel), and water to form concrete. A typical concrete mixer uses a revolving drum to mix the components.

A concrete mixer is a machine used in construction to mix cement, water, and other materials such as sand, gravel, and sometimes additives, to make concrete.

These concrete mixers are volumetric mixers and measure raw materials using volume rather than weight. There is not a minimum amount that needs to be produced. Ingredients are mixed on site and only to the specific amount that's required.

Block Making Machine

The concrete block machine uses pressure and vibration to form different kinds of concrete blocks by using different moulds. The machine is then pressed with high pressure so that well- made cement, hollow and pavement blocks are manufactured.

The concrete bricks manufacturing process consists of four steps: mixing, molding, curing, and cubing. There are concrete plants which only make concrete blocks while others produce a variety of precast products like blocks, flat paver, decorative pieces like lawn edging, concrete bricks, etc.

Bar Bending and Cutting Machine

Batching Plants

A concrete plant, also known as a batch plant or batching plant or a concrete batching plant, is equipment that combines various ingredients to form concrete. Some of these inputs include water, air, admixtures, sand, aggregate (rocks, gravel, etc.), fly ash, silica fume, slag, and cement. A concrete plant can have a variety of parts and accessories, including: mixers (either tilt drum or horizontal, or in some cases both), cement batchers, aggregate batchers, conveyors, radial stackers, aggregate bins, cement bins, heaters, chillers, cement silos, batch plant controls, and dust collectors.

The heart of the concrete batching plant is the mixer, and there are many types of mixers, such as tilt drum, pan, planetary, single shaft and twin shaft. The twin shaft mixer can ensure an even mixture of concrete through the use of high horsepower motors, while the tilt mixer offers a comparatively large batch of concrete mix. 

Mobile Crane

A mobile crane is a cable-controlled crane mounted on crawlers or rubber-tired carriers or a hydraulic-powered crane with a telescoping boom mounted on truck-type carriers or as self-propelled models.

 Through a combination of simple machines, mobile cranes are able to gain a mechanical advantage to lift heavy objects. The mast (the tall vertical part of a crane) is supported by a large, heavy base, which helps offset the weight the crane holds at higher heights.

Mobile cranes are used for moving large and heavy materials. These versatile cranes easily adapt to various work sites and lift a wide range of loads. They can be used with little or no assembly to hoist, transport, and place equipment and are commonly used for construction, wind power, and HVAC projects.

Sand Screening Machine

Sand Screening Machine is used to sieve sand for use in construction work. Sand is poured on the mesh or sieve which vibrates and enables fine grain sand to be separated easily. The vibratory action is specifically beneficial for moist sand as in many places only moist sand is available for construction.

Traditional methods of sand sieving are labor-intensive and time-consuming, whereas automatic machines streamline the process and save time . The machines also help in achieving a better quality of sand by removing impurities such as rocks and gravel .

Telehandler

A telescopic handler, also called a lull, telehandler, teleporter, reach forklift, or zoom boom, is a machine widely used in agriculture and industry. 

Primarily used as a “lift and place” tool, the telehandler is seen as a more advanced forklift since it has a greater extension ability than a traditional forklift. It can be fitted with pallet forks, a bucket, lifting jibs, sweeper and work platforms.

Spares Of Construction Machineries

Spare parts are components that are used to replace or repair worn-out or damaged parts of equipment or machinery.

Spare parts are parts that you can buy separately to replace old or broken parts in a piece of equipment. They are usually parts that are designed to be easily removed or fitted. In the future the machines will need spare parts and maintenance.

Spare parts is a generic term for all parts that can be used as replacements. A wing, door mirror, wish-bone, indicator, bumper, etc, etc. These are not essential service parts to keep the vehicle running smoothly but need to be used when the current part is no longer in good working order.

Cement and Concrete Strength testing equipments

The Flexure Strength Testing Machines are designed to provide maximum rigidity throughout their working range. The load is applied by the upward movement of a hydraulic ram. The jack can be raised or lowered for testing different size beams. The load is indicated on a calibrated Bourdon tube type.

Concrete Strength Testing equipment measures compressive or flexural strength of concrete to assure compliance with specifications. Gilson's concrete compression testing machines range in various load capacities from 250lbf to 500lbf.

Fresh concrete tests measure factors such as strength, consistency, unit weight, air content, and temperature. By performing such tests consistently, you can detect changes in concrete that may affect its long-term performance.
