Paints

Paint is the general term for liquid that is used to add colour to the surface of an object by covering it with a pigmented (coloured) coating. As a verb, painting means "applying paint" (putting paint onto something). Someone who paints is called a painter.

Paint is used to decorate, protect and prolong the life of natural and synthetic materials, and acts as a barrier against environmental conditions.

Latex paint is still the most common option for indoor paint jobs, and is also the most environmentally responsible option. It dries faster than oil-based paint, and it is easier to clean—soap and water does the job.

Adhesives

Adhesive, also known as glue, cement, mucilage, or paste, is any non-metallic substance applied to one or both surfaces of two separate items that binds them together and resists their separation. 

Adhesives are used for bonding materials in various industries, such as electronics, medical, food, optical, chemical and oil and gas industries to bond a range of metals, ceramics, glass, plastics, rubbers and composites.

Construction adhesive is a general-purpose adhesive used for attaching drywall, tile, molding, and fixtures to walls, ceilings, and floors. It is most commonly available in tubes intended for use with a caulking gun.

Wall Putty

Wall putty is typically made with a blend of Portland Cement, Lime, Bentonite, or other additives to create a workable product that can be applied directly over the concrete surface. It provides an inexpensive way for homeowners to patch the whole wall before applying paint.

The interior wall putty powder is prepared from, by weight, 15-20 parts of microcrystalline cellulose, 7-11 parts of butyl acrylate, 40-46 parts of ash-calcium, 12-16 parts of polyvinyl alcohol, 5-10 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 14-20 parts of soluble starch, 15-21 parts of zeolite, 83-95 parts of ground calcium

Grouts

Generally, grout is a mixture of cement, sand, and water or chemicals used to fill gaps. They are commonly used in the repair of concrete cracks, fill seams and gaps in tiles, seal and fill gaps for waterproofing, as well as for soil stabilization.

Grout fills in the spaces between tiles. It is essential for creating a seamless tile appearance, as well as protecting both your tiles and the surfaces underneath. It prevents moisture from seeping into the substrate, straightens tile lines, and keeps tiles from cracking or rubbing against each other.

Construction Chemicals

Construction chemicals are chemical compounds used to bind it with other construction materials like cement and concrete at the time of construction. Natural or synthetic materials are added to the construction mix to increase the binding strength, reduce cost and improve durability.

Construction chemicals are used by the construction and civil repair industry. These chemicals help enhance concrete strength and quality, provide water-tightness and protect concrete structures from atmospheric degradation.

Thinner

A paint thinner is a solvent used to thin oil-based paints. Solvents labeled "paint thinner" are usually mineral spirits having a flash point at about 40 °C, the same as some popular brands of charcoal starter.

A thinner is a volatile solvent that is used to dilute or extend oil-based paints or cleanup after use. Common solvents used as paint thinner chemicals include mineral spirits, mineral and true turpentine, acetone, naphtha, toluene, methyl ethyl ketone (MEK), dimethylformamide (DMF), glycol ethers and xylene.
